quickness, and vertical leap. Our program incorporates cutting edge
Plyometric Training with proven speed and agility foot drills to allow you
to maximize your individual athletic skills. This instruction is
ideal for individual sports as well as team sports such as soccer,
football, basketball, baseball plus many more. We customize the
drills to suit your specific activity, thus helping you to meet your
personal performance goals.

Working out has never been my
favorite thing, but I love Journeys. For the first time, I am
consistently exercising. I enjoy the variety of
custom-designed, the reasonable cost, and the sense of
community. I feel strong, healthy, and have more flexibility

Although my body is getting the exercise, having worked out
with Kevin for over a year has changed me both
physically and mentally. From a physical standpoint, he
tunes in to my individual strengths and weaknesses, and
tailors my workout program for me. No cookie-cutter
formula. Although he pushes me to the max, we have a good
time and I feel emotionally uplifted, too. Kevin
also adds creativity to the mix, which keep the workouts
from getting boring and keeps me coming back for more!
