6. You consider yourself “out of shape” when: Choose one Your bench press max decreases by more than 5%. You’re out of breath from carrying your groceries into your home. Touching your toes requires a mirror and a stick.
7. Cholesterol is: Choose one An important health factor to monitor. Something that only concerns overweight people. One of those fancy medical terms used to scare people.
8. Your idea of a healthy competitive race is: Choose one Participating in a 5K, 10K, Triathlon, etc. Finishing your weekly lawn maintenance before your neighbor. A NASCAR event with fewer than 8 wrecks.
9. The refreshing beverage you most commonly consume is: Choose one Water or a moderate sports drink. A high fructose fruit juice. Anything loaded with caffeine, sugar, or alcohol.
